This is me at 29 weeks prego. I had a doctor's appointment today and everything seems to be going great. He usually has his patients coming in another 2 weeks to see him, but he's going to hold off for another week with me because things are going so well! I'm feeling pretty good, starting to get more tired again, and feeling huge, but I think that's normal. I had to retire some t-shirts I've been wearing. I wore one to work on Monday and felt like I was busting out of it, so I decided they're all done.
Jake and I are in a prenatal education class. I think Jake seems more interested in what the lady says than I do. The information is good, but I hate doing breathing exercises.
Here is a pic of the baby closet and all of the clothes we currently own. Mostly used from some friends of ours, but a lot new to thanks to my mom and sister-in-law! As many of you know, I love to bargain shop, but I have to deal with not being able to do that here. Unfortunately it's slim picking on shopping options in Huron so I need to plan my shopping trips for when I go somewhere else! I am hoping to expand on this quite a bit expecially since there are only a few newborn outfits there.
This is our newly assembled crib! Hopefully we get a mattress for this, otherwise it won't be very useful...again, one of those things that you need stores for. As you can see in the background, we also painted the room blue. I don't really like it yet, but I'm hoping once I get the baby bedding and other decor and furniture in there it won't seem quite so overwhelming. The room used to
be our office/Jake's hunting room and it was a very dark, hunter green color. It looked pretty good, but there isn't much natural light in there so I wanted a lighter color. Not sure if this was the best pick. The wood paneling on the bottom isn't my fav either, but it's actually good quality, and since we either removed it, or painted it in every other room, we thought we should leave this how it is. There are a lot of outdoorsy people in Huron that will appreciate it when we sell this house!
Love the post! I like the blue. It will look great with your bedding. You have more clothes than I thought you did. Good. I have a few more to add to that collection, but you have to wait for your shower for those. :) Can't wait to see you again and you look great like always. Love ya girl!
